14-Day Return Policy
Does your order not quite meet your expectations? No problem. At Try TKTX com, you have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of receipt without giving any reasons and return it to us.

Strict Return Conditions (Please Note)

Since our items are sensitive products, we can only accept returns under the following strict conditions:

Original Condition: Products must be absolutely unused, undamaged, and in the unopened original packaging.
Intact Seal: The security seal of the packaging must not be broken or damaged under any circumstances. Opened or used creams are excluded from exchange.
Free Items: Any free gifts or complimentary products that were part of the order must also be returned in full.

How the Return Works

To ensure a smooth process, please follow these steps:

1. Registration: Register your return within the 14-day period by emailing support@trytktx.com Be sure to include your order number.
2. Inclusion in the Package: It is mandatory to include a note with your order number and your name in the return package. Without this identification, we cannot assign or process the return.
3. Secure Shipping: Send the package back to us. We strongly recommend shipping with tracking (Track & Trace). Returns without tracking are at the sole risk of the buyer.

Refunds & Fees

After we have received your return and checked it for integrity, we will refund the corresponding purchase amount within 14 days. However, please note the following deductions:

Return Costs: The direct costs of the return are borne by the buyer.
Shipping Costs: The shipping costs originally incurred with the order will not be refunded.
PayPal Fees: Any PayPal transaction fees incurred will not be refunded, as these are retained directly by PayPal and not repaid to us.

Consent: With the successful completion of an order in our webshop, the buyer confirms that they have read these return and refund conditions in full and expressly agrees to them.
