Shipping Times & Costs

Same-day shipping: If you place your order before 3:00 PM on weekdays, we will pack and ship it the very same day.
Delivery time: Standard delivery takes 1 to 3 business days (excluding weekends and public holidays).
Free shipping: For orders over €50, shipping is completely free for you and includes full Track & Trace.
Our shipping partners: We typically ship with GLS, PostNL, or DHL. As soon as your package is on its way, you will receive a notification with a tracking link (Track & Trace).

Changing the Delivery Address

Since we process orders almost in real-time, changing your delivery address is only possible within a very narrow time window—specifically before the order has been processed in our warehouse. Once the order is ready for dispatch, we unfortunately can no longer change the address. Therefore, please double-check your details carefully during checkout.

Important Notes on Delivery & Pickup

It is the buyer's responsibility to provide correct and complete delivery information when placing an order. Please adhere to the following guidelines:

Incorrect address: Shipments returned to us due to an incorrect or incomplete address provided by the customer will incur additional return shipping costs. These costs will be charged to the customer.
Pickup stations (Service Points): If a package is forwarded to a parcel shop or pickup station after an unsuccessful delivery attempt, the customer is required to collect the package there within the specified timeframe.
Uncollected packages: If a package is not collected in time and is returned to us, the resulting return shipping costs will also be deducted from the refund amount or billed to the customer.
